Payment Processing
Payments are handled by our payment provider. CourierHub AI may receive payment status, amount paid, payment date, payment reference, card brand and last four card digits. CourierHub AI does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Information may be shared with a delivery platform only where the customer requests or authorises the relevant support. CourierHub AI does not sell personal information.
AI Features
CourierHub AI does not send unnecessary sensitive information to AI systems.
Document Security
Customer documents are stored privately, require authorised login access, never use permanent public links, are only accessible to authorised staff, are deleted when no longer reasonably needed, and are protected against unauthorised access.
How Long Information Is Kept
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for providing services, maintaining customer accounts, processing payments, handling disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Unnecessary uploaded documents are deleted once the related support work has ended, unless needed for an active dispute, security issue or legal obligation.
Customer Choices and Rights
Customers can email support@aicourierhub.co.uk to request:
- A copy of their information
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of their account
- Deletion of eligible documents
- Export of their earnings and expense records
- Withdrawal from marketing
- Information about how their data is used
CourierHub AI may request reasonable verification before processing a request.
Marketing
Marketing emails are optional. Paying customers are not automatically added to marketing lists. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
Cookies
Necessary cookies are used for login, account security, checkout and remembering cookie choices. Permission is requested before using optional analytics or advertising cookies. Customers are offered: Accept Optional Cookies, Reject Optional Cookies, and Cookie Settings.
